Interview with the Division President
Join us for an insightful conversation with the president as we explore the pressing issues facing the church in today’s world. This discussion will delve into the challenges and opportunities that churches encounter in an increasingly complex and interconnected global landscape. We’ll examine topics such as the role of faith in modern society, the church’s response to social and cultural changes, and the impact of technology on religious practice. The president will share his perspectives on how the church can remain relevant and effective in addressing the spiritual and moral needs of communities around the world.
Are There Still Mission Challenges?
We thank God for the growth of the Seventh-day Adventist Church since Global Mission began some three decades ago. We’ve reached many new people groups and entered new countries. We’ve planted thousands of new churches. We’ve seen literally millions of people find hope and salvation in Jesus. Of course, many mission challenges remain. But that’s nothing new!
When the good news about Jesus spread from Jerusalem some 2,000 years ago, it didn’t happen because the apostles came together, planned together, prayed together, and said, “I will go.”
